Measured building surveys, drawn accurately
Measured plans, sections and elevations of existing buildings, drawn from your surveyors' laser scans, total station data or site measurements, and ready for design, planning or refurbishment.
Plans · Sections · ElevationsWhat to send us
- Laser scans or survey data
- Site photos and sketches
- Control and level data
- CAD or BIM standards
The starting point for every refurbishment
Every alteration, extension or refurbishment begins with the same question: what's actually there? A measured survey answers it, recording walls, openings, levels, structure and the features that matter to the design.
We produce the drawings from your site data. Many survey practices use us as their back-office drawing team, so their surveyors can stay in the field while the drafting gets done. Drawings go out on your title blocks, in your style.
We draw to the detail and scale the project actually needs. A lease plan doesn't need every skirting board; a listed building probably needs every moulding.
