Work is billed on an hourly basis. The rate depends on the discipline, the level of development required, the software and standards involved, and the turnaround you need.
Clients outside India: services are zero-rated for Indian GST under a Letter of Undertaking; any tax applicable in your own country is your responsibility.
Clients in India: GST is charged at the applicable rate and shown separately on the invoice.
If a deliverable falls short of what was agreed, our first remedy is to correct it at our cost. Refunds relate to work not yet performed. Full terms are in our Refund Policy and Cancellation Policy.
Please contact us before raising a chargeback with your bank. Most issues are settled faster and more fully by talking to us directly.
